Please read these terms carefully before accessing or deploying the Rakshak DLP infrastructure in your organization. Last updated: September 19, 2026.
By accessing or using the Rakshak DLP ("Service", "Software", "Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. Rakshak DLP is designed strictly for business-to-business (B2B) and enterprise use.
Rakshak DLP is a browser-based Data Loss Prevention extension engineered exclusively for Chromium architectures (Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge). By deploying our software, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While Rakshak DLP employs advanced DOM-mutation interception techniques to prevent data exfiltration, no software can guarantee 100% security against all malicious threat vectors.
In no event shall Rakshak DLP, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your subscription defines the maximum number of concurrent device connections (seats). To protect our infrastructure from Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, new device registrations are placed in a 'Pending' queue and require manual approval by an Administrator before consuming a paid seat.
Attempting to bypass the seat allocation limits, reverse-engineering the `.bat` installer, or spoofing Company IDs will result in immediate termination of your enterprise license without refund.
Rakshak DLP may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial period, access to the Dashboard and all endpoint policy enforcement will be suspended unless a paid subscription is activated. We utilize server-side time validation to enforce trial limits; tampering with local PC clocks will not extend access.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
